Day 3 – The Finale : I’ll oversee the final wrap-up and assist with any last details.

Unlimited communication and regular catch-up calls until the week after the event.

Venue sourcing and onsite visits of shortlisted locations.
Vendor sourcing, liaison, and contract management with your team of wedding professionals (designers, florists, photographers, musicians, caterers, etc.).
Detailed briefing and coordination with all vendors.
Guest management, including multilingual support and handling of any special requests.
Assistance with legal requirements, including paperwork and document translation for religious or civil ceremonies.
Support with event styling and additional design sourcing where needed.
Full production support, including the creation of documents such as seating plans, timelines and checklists.
Comprehensive timeline management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and task completion.
Coordination of the entire event day, including pre-event vendor meetings to ensure flawless execution.
Supervision of dismantling and inventory.
